• Jocelyn Hao is a seasoned business leader with over two decades of experience spanning real estate, retail expansion, operations, and strategic growth across Asia Pacific, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of 8M Real Estate.
• Her career includes senior leadership roles at Starbucks Asia Pacific, where she served as General Manager of Licensing and Regional Director of Operations overseeing markets including India, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan, Australia, and New Zealand.
• Prior to Starbucks, she held director-level positions at Crocs, Cushman & Wakefield, Fast Retailing (UNIQLO), and Lend Lease, building a strong track record in store development, leasing strategy, and market expansion.
• Beyond her corporate career, Jocelyn is a committed advocate for women in business as a former City Ambassador for the Chicago Booth Women’s Network in Singapore, and a mentor through the NUS Global Mentorship Program. Fluent in English and Chinese, with working proficiency in Tagalog and elementary Japanese, she brings a truly cross-cultural perspective to her leadership.
