Circular Road Street Closure Returns
After six years, Circular Road will reopen to people with the return of its street closure on 30 October 2026, from 7pm to 10:30pm. Launching with Halloween @ Circular Road Social, the first edition of a new quarterly event series, visitors can enjoy live music, games, a Halloween Stamp Rally and festive street activities. More themed editions focused on wellness, social connection and community experiences will follow throughout the year, giving visitors new experiences to look forward to Circular Road. 🎃✨

Stamp Rally Pass
Spend S$30 from 24 – 30 October 2026 at participating outlets to collect a Festival Pass and take part in Fright Night activities, including the After Dark Dance-Off and Carnival of Tricks. Complete challenges to unlock rewards, and finish the full pass journey to redeem a S$10 cash voucher at participating outlets, while stocks last and subject to terms and conditions. 🎃✨
After Dark Sessions
The party continues as the DJ transforms Circular Road’s into an open-air Halloween dance floor. With upbeat party hits and a lively atmosphere, guests are invited to stay, dance and celebrate with friends before continuing their night at the area’s bars, restaurants and nightlife venues.
After Dark Dance-Off
The After Dark Dance-Off features 3-4 fun rounds dance off throughout the evening, inviting guests to join as individuals, pairs or teams.
To keep the energy high, the host will recruit participants throughout the night. If turnout is low, the activity will seamlessly transition into a fun mass-participation moment, ensuring everyone can join in and earn their Festival Pass validation. 🎃🕺💃
Carnival of Tricks
Test your Halloween skills at the Carnival of Tricks, featuring quick and interactive games such as Monster Pong and Pumpkin Ring Toss. Complete the challenges, collect your Festival Pass validation, and unlock exciting rewards along the way. 🎃👻
Jamming Session
Gather your friends and join the Singalong Session, where everyone is invited to belt out crowd-favourite hits and well-loved classics together. Whether you’re singing along from the sidelines or taking centre stage, it’s a fun and easy way to connect, celebrate and soak up the lively atmosphere on Circular Road. 🎤🎶
