Evelyn Soh, General Manager – CapitaLand Malls

• Evelyn brings over 18 years of experience in the real estate industry, currently overseeing Bugis Junction, Bugis Plus, Bugis Street, Funan and Clarke Quay, as General Manager under CapitaLand Singapore. Her previous stint under Perennial Holdings, include the $45 million rejuvenation of CHIJMES completed in 2016, The renovation expanded the outdoor areas and added more lifestyle options like cafes, restaurants, and event spaces.

• Under CapitaLand Mall Trust in 2018, Evelyn played a key supporting role in the sale of Sembawang Shopping Centre, at $248 million, one of the largest sale values for a stand-alone retail Mall in Singapore. She assisted on the coordination and smooth handover of the asset, helped facilitated a seamless transfer in this transaction.

• Evelyn holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from National University of Singapore.
